No we can't apply the same logic to the new board because they had to operate under much easier terms than the old board
for example rather than presenting some convulted and embarrassing justification for not buying shares in the company they ran like the old board did, the new board simply bought shares without any difficulty.
On top of that the new board doesn't have to face the issues of paying themselves ridiculous day rates or exorbitant salaries to produce a capital raise after a year like the last board by ...simply not paying themselves ridiculous day rates etc and linking their performance perks with actual performance.
So yes the comparison is too soon and too unfair.
