Everything you say is true. To me this has always been a credibility issue with the PSA leadership. He did not say any of things you said. He just said that the permits were imminent. Why say that when they probably have no idea when they will get the permits ? This what they have been doing for the last 2 years . Making statements about restarting soon and preparing to restart and NOTHING ever happens. why keep saying that ?
