Blimey one of the Class Action's has a trial date set for February 2020. This is going to be a rather long and protracted exercise whilst it appears the Unit Trust will remain listed on the ASX...OUCH.
Combining the two Class Actions might favour MGC but not sure the two Class Action parties will want this approach as it open the door to lessen the impact and potential claims.
