I think the Federal Court made a ruling last Friday that the two class actions will be conducted jointly on February 2020.
MGC to remain listed due to Charman’s view that MG unit holders will vote against it. No need to put “ouch”. You are the one who miss out on making money on MG. That is just too bad.
