No need for the poorly feigned empathy as MGC has been a veritable gold mine thanks. I just feel for many others who were the unwilling recipient of poor governance and poor management and now suffer a delayed day in court unless it is settled beforehand which is highly possible. Not much empathy for unit holders who bought on-market though.
