That party is pursuing EN1 for $66K
My understanding is they were retained for 6 months to provide corporate services etc, there was some dispute between the two parties and now that is where it's at
I've asked En1 why they didn't announce it, they said the figure wasn't material to the balance sheet and they are disputing his claims
It's really a storm in a teacup
