.... talking about payout special dividend from Posco 280mil / predatory t.o. hard to understand??

Well Argentina, where SDV is located, is experiencing a huge economic / financial crisis (headline 60% interest rate, inflation) which poses big risk for business and the Argentina nation. SDV development will be delayed, I mean how can businesses function under 60% interest rate ? So, in the meantime, why hold the $$ ? Why not give back some to the shareholders ? Else, use the money to develop JB.

But then despite the Argentina crisis Posco sees fit to buy some SDV, and I wonder why ? Is 280 mil usd undervalued ? Is lithium really the new “oil” ? The right answers could be yes / yes.
