Hi @madamswer, do you have any thoughts on nib's valuation at this price?
Also would you have any concerns about the business?

On a personal note, I switched to nib a year ago and was recently due for my annual premium renewal. I was was shocked at the jump of about 30% from the previous year.
Turns out the sales consultant at the time had quoted me a lower premium because they applied a larger rebate than what I was entitled for and then switched it to the proper rebate tier post-sale.

Hopefully they don't have any systemic issues with their sales practices.
Their customer complaints team quickly investigated and confirmed it was their error (albeit, it's been a month and I am waiting for them to confirm the refund in writing).
