Sorry, I missed your post when it was made, so thanks for the reminding prod.
At a P/E multiple of around 17x, even after the 20% share price fall over recent weeks, I do not think NHF is particularly cheap.
For context, the last time I added to my holdings was in Dec 2016 and Jan 2017.
(Of course, there has been some growth in the business since then, so you need to account for that if you want to get a feel for what I think is buying value.)
As for my having "concerns about the business", I'm not sure what you mean by that.
