Its just the obvious thing to do. SRZ are in a position of weakness....
I think the acquisition of their new tenement was part of our JV deal, e.g you use your cash to buy this now and we will take it off you at the end of the year as part of the JV deal (anw couldn't afford to spend the cash on new tenements).
