I'm not saying I'm not dancing close to the door. These aquisitions are likely to be a sugar hit over the next couple of years, like you say no barriers to entry. They emphasied the R&D competitive advantage, but I more see their advantage as covering a lot of numbers on a roulette layout. Good odds, though a hit is a hit and it might not be from their stable.
I wouldn't short it, but if I did it would be in the low to mid 30s probably next year. Likely to be upgrades coming this year.
