they want an additional 10% ontop of the existing 15% raise option which means 25% of SOI is almost 420 million shares

my guess its for the next CR which will become evident how soon its required from the 4C in the next few trading days

that would take the SOI to 2.1 billion, if they raise at 1.2c again, that will give them $5 million, dont know if they will manage it in this market environment, global sentiment looks grim, the Russell 2000 is tanking hard, likely to need to raise under 1c

they have a table on page 15 on how they might raise, their worst case scenario is .7c which I think is where you will see the CR take place, board is prepping the market for that likelihood

and short of a miracle the board has acknowledged the milestones arent in play
