Getting to this current SP level , maybe a simple Jim Wall - BMA Gold capital raising on a 1 for 3 would do it. To have perceived real value of over $2, then 1/3 of shares is 22 mill * $2 = enough and the expanded base becomes 88 m shares on issue. Sounds good. Especially if it's a good type of rights issue, with a friendly backer sitting and waiting. Simplistic, but CBH has pre sold $50 mill worth of silver from Cobar. Sure to be a few cobalt buyers out there somewhere.
