    On mkt cap BGS is around 1/16th the size of PLS (which is in itself undervalued ). Even if you allow for significant dilution, that is a massive gap.

    In my opinion the crucial steps to get sorted out, which is where the major risk still lies, are the signed off takes agreements and funding arrangements.
    Then just execute !
