AGM presentation says total consideration of US $295M paid if cumulative net sales exceed US $2.25B. Who knows if we get there, but if we get even close, it's a bloody good deal. Though understand it looks pretty shite right now with $0 net sales... Also, with peak net sales at US $200m p/a that's AUD $300m... massive.
