I fully agree @bilimp. I have been holding for LOOOOONG many years and I was one of the SHs who fully defended LO/ARE after the TORRENS ...

BUT ...

Since, I have changed my opinion as I had expected a more active action from LO not just repeatedly tell us "AIS was at fault!" ... Yes, we underestood that first thing. We also underestood right away AIS was going to drag its heel. What we rightly expect from the ARE management is to ACTIVELY TAKE ACTION TOWARD A RESOLUTION. We are yet to hear any indication of any such action, while all this long we have paid the BoD hunderesds of thousands of dollars out of a very limited and much needed fund. NOT good enough ... specially that the communication flow (or there lack of) has been anything but respectfull of our loyal support. NOT happy.
