and they blew the lot on 2 holes that were wide of the targets they should have aimed for.

AIS absolutely ballsed it all up.... simple as that.

and monark knows it, that's why he keeps deflecting... he never actually fronts up to the fact that AIS ran the program, it was their decision making and fiscal management as operator... and they blew the entire budget on a couple of dud holes wide of the most prospective targets.... simple as that... everything else is just clutching at straws...
