Just what is Lindsay Owler up to these days? He had better come up with something, and soon, otherwise ARE is doomed.
As a long term ARE shareholder, I don't know what's been worse. Ten years of legal fights with the natives, or watching AIS blow $20m on 2 holes... yep, that's $10m per hole. Must be one of the biggest jokes of recent years, maybe of all time, among the mining fraternity.
Anyway, let's hope LO can come up with something... and soon. Because it will be a damn shame if an opportunity is lost to potentially make a find that's even bigger than Olympic Dam, in perhaps the world's best prospective territory for a copper deposit.
And here we wait today, pondering the endgame, and awaiting a signal from LO.
