I know a guy who use to be a surgeon and a very good one, who gave it up because his heart wasn't there.
A friend of his was a builder, so he went and worked with him......end of story he enjoyed his career change so much he ended up building top end houses on contract or as spec..
Became a happier man , nicer to the family and successful.He stated that revenue patterns are now forming as such to focus on YoY not QoQ to assess quarterly growth .

Sounds as if Wayne is noticing some positives coming through in the ordering, which he feels are showing good improvement??
