I attended the AGM

Some quick takeaways for me were:

NY valuation has been completed as part of the funding due diligence and getting closer and more favourable given valuation amount and loan seeking amount.

Nachu mine 3 options on the table to fund Nachu and are looking at all options and whats best for the company.

Main focus for the company remains funding NY factory and Nachu.

Warwick Smith advised he cant say too much however within his business network they are talking to some large groups for potential funding of projects, these groups also share the same vision of MNS and AL Capital, however when dealing with multiple millions of dollars capital does take time however he remains confident it will be obtained.
