    yeah but they have said the same about Nachu funding for a couple of years now and nothing more. I do realise that it would hinge on the Tanz Govt getting its house in order but even looking at time lines for Nachu once (if) funding approved still some time away from anything happening there.
    as for NY they said that about funding as well. Anyhow lets look at it as it unfolds.
