The report is a bit contradictory. Seems to suggest our current target in eye is a 1 billion market according to pyc yet at same time HE seems to suggest there are only 4-8000 cases worldwide of the exact target?? Not sure if he is correct or knows what he is talking about at least on that aspect. It is an interesting read as it is doesn't appear to be the usual paid for glowing report but more of a real assessment of where we are at warts and all. All in all doesn't seem to be too negative based on current available info but i would be interested to know the true number of potential cases requiring this currently unavailable treatment.
