my only comment would be along the lines of this...
If you can inject a mouse breast tumour you are going to pretty much hit the whole thing as a mouse breast would be approx 3mm across and a tumour is obviously even smaller. In humans tumours are usually 4- 6-10 cm before we actually find them so it would be difficult to get the same penetration with a needle.
