1. If I participate & they fail to get the minimum subscription...

1. If I participate & they fail to get the minimum subscription I get my money back. (but the company probably fails and i lose my initial investment)

2. If I don't participate and they achieve the minimum subscription the company will likely survive, as will my initial investment, but it gets diluted to buggery.
3. If they are successful in getting the minimum subscription, they will have raise enough funds to upgrade the plant and be cash-flow positive in 12 months.

They have outlined a credible pathway forward. A pathway that they can 100% control (no waiting on third party partners to slow progress).
The gamble is in the execution and securing off take agreements. From where I'm sitting this seems like a perfectly reasonable gamble.
I'm all in for my allotment.
