The other thing I failed to mention was that Sargon was offering a CN with a coupon of 12% for 13 months and a 20% discount on IPO and we only achieved an 8% interest rate for 6 months. They didn't obviously get sufficient takers at 12% and 13 months but did a deal at 8% and 6 months. Guess who I think did the better deal.
