Yes, of course that’s what’s got the market interested, but I’m not quite sure what the Board are actually going to do about it.
One option could simply be Lowy making an offer to take it private, at a level close to (or maybe slightly above) current cash backing.
A buy-back could make sense if they were highly confident that they will break even before running out of cash (which I think is highly likely, but you never know), so they could allocate the expected “surplus” to re-purchasing shares.
I’m quite curious to see what they will communicate to the market by the end of September.
To be honest, given that they seem to have finally found a direction in terms of product, addressable market, marketing strategy and future customer pipeline, I’d personally be happy to leave things as they currently are.
