I agree, Australia is moving to a circular economy and as Vic continuously says, you can't have a circular economy, sustainability without a great waste management company.
In saying that, I see Cleanaway in the ASX50 within 2 years. I like the levels of cash flow and debt, there is capacity to fund acquisitions and business advancements as seen fit. For example, trialing and purchasing a new electric vehicle fleet. Long-term that will reduce costs.
I'm not too concerned about the dividend payout yet either for the reason stated above, I'd prefer business growth over payouts. Once greater revenue is established, the share price will reflect that. Once in the ASX50 I see management commencing a share buy-back (currently ~2b+ shares on issue), before increasing the dividend.
