    The share price is extraordinarily cheap. Net tangible assets per share stands at 30 cents.

    The impending deal on financing will send CLQ much, much higher.... low ball offers only work when you are the sole bidder....

    Anyone who thinks financing won't be secured must not understand the unbelievable strategic importance of this asset..
