Board lost some credibility.
company needs to sign with cni22 to have a producer/explorer status. But this negotiation has been going on for a year and no outcome. Board needs to be more transparent on the delays of the negotiation and give an accurate guidance, not mere generic statement, quarter after quarter.
How do they plan to come up with the $9.2M deposit? Will CNI22 give ADY cash to sign for production in Chile? these two pertinent points should be addressed and communicated to shareholders.
Once deal is signed with CNI22 and ADY becomes a producer, ADY would increase in value multiple times, but before then, Board needs to regain credibility.
