I emailed the company, they haven't commenced the buyback scheme and don't plan to in the near future. I don't think they have enough extra cash on hand for that atm, think it's only a few million, but with positive cashflow it wont take long imo. Having said that, with many large projects in the pipeline they may be needing all the cash they can get.
