i think the small handful of major holders have a plan, to exit with a better return than their entry price

this share is not a retail share, probably best it be delisted share. as there is no liquidity. it would keep the costs down. i mean only 345 holders own 99% of the company. its hardly worth the expense and the majority are just off the shelf bought up names...
