The new CDT breakthrough delivery system eliminates "the need for heavy formulation chassis", avoiding the requirement for heavy base creams.
Jeff Edwards posted on researchgate in late May that he was currently working on this project below:
Researching innovative delivery methodologies in HairCare
Goal: Haircare is the next Skincare, however, skincare is a very chassis based industry and that approach is not suitable for hair care applications. An entirely new way of delivery actives is needed and that is what I am working on.

So is CDT the outcome of this latest research project? If it is, it would point to the first branded product under the Peros banner being haircare-related
