Interesting that the AGM notice had details of the change in incentive scheme, but COH didn't disclose the reasons for the change until today, after everybody had already voted. So the market had no reaction back then to the news, but has today by the looks, due to the explanation. Quite an implied reduction to the boards longer term outlook, based on the new incentive scheme targets.
