The production ramp up increase in January is mainly due to the proportion of HM increasing to 12.6% as against a budget of 6%. The Reserve % is only 8.6, & this is a major increase on over 200,000 tons of ore & needs to be commented on by Management. If the increase continues then we could be looking at a total of 400,000 to 500,000 tons of product. 
Also, it is pleasing to note that the % of HM recovery has increased to 86.1 from the  feasibility study of  82.7 indicating a conservative approach, & my only worry is the reduction in the rate of ore feed.
