Interest is added to the principal for the first 15months and from 18months the principal is repaid in seven equal quarterly payments in arrears. With a make whole provision for early repayment.
They'll get their pound of flesh either way.

But early cashflow is good in any case.
They'll have enough cash to pay back quickly, just they are on the hook for the interest for three years.
