They are selling 20-49% of the Pilgangoora project not PLS. It is not the same thing. Normally that means that the entity buying a stake in the project is much like a business partner in a small business. You share the expenses and the profits equal to the equity in the business (in this case the Pilgangoora project). That is why the "POSCO deal" is out of bounds as its related to PLS (the company) and not the project. The entity buying part of the project would thereby own 20-49% of the equipment, mineral ore, sold product and expenses.
