What ever pls has at the moment as i said. 49% of everything. Except for the cash in the bank.
the upcoming jv with POSCO is not part of the deal, so pls will have that on their own with Posco.
Any new jv is ofcourse not part of this potential 49% deal, that pls might negotiate on top of posco jv.
