Without the detail I would think that they can enhance the throughput with minimal cost and the recovery improvement work will take care of the rest. It appears that they can get better throughput than nameplate suggested. Just guessing as many of the plants I worked at in my previous career could run higher than nameplate rating without causing too much extra stress to equipment. Some detail should follow in coming months.
All in all they a being very prudent, having assessed current market conditions and adjusted plan accordingly. Great work KB & team.
