Overall, not a bad result. A business with a Free Cash Flow of $24m trading with an Enterprise Value of ~$140m seems pretty cheap to me. I'm glad I bought some yesterday just before the market closed. I've been split between buying this and Isentia (ISD) but this is by far the better Free Cash Flow generator out of the two plus unlike Isentia, NZME holds a monopoly position in some of their markets.
Furthermore, TradeMe got taken over with an EV / EBITDA multiple of 16.7x and the Fairfax Media takeover was around 11-12x, therefore I'm quite comfortable buying at these levels.
