Referring to FY14 Results Presentation I quote "Fixed Schedule Payment Arrangements wherebyagreed periodic payments are made until theaccount is closed with interest at an agreed rate". Therefore, my assumption is a new interest rate is agreed applicable to the total debt amount (principle and interest - effectively charging interest on interest)
Also in the FY17 Results Presentation on slide 7 it lists an average accruing interest rate of 12.0%.
As a side note, I think this stock will surpass $3 per share when the results are released later this month.
