People dont have faith in it at the moment and there is legal /sentiment issue too. Otherwise on normalised basis for 2019 June eps will be around 13-14 cents.
That makes for a big big re rating. Current situation /fundas/performance/future of the company is way better thna when the stock was at 2.13 dollars.
