You're right. Cash is one thing, in which you can say the costs are in H1 and the revenue is in H2, but accounting-wise the production costs of the spod should be sitting in inventory.
There's not enough detail for me to analyse further without speaking to one of their finance guys.
Basically their Cost of Sales should simply be spod sold, transport and other sales-related costs to make it more understandable.
