Well said NewB and Paul 1960 - If I was a payed employee getting a bonus share issue I maybe very inclined to cash these in each year. Also, take a look at the share ownership of the Directors or even the list of past management, the list is significant. My point being that I like companies where the management has their own coin in their company. I could be wrong but the share ownership looks like directors have mainly issued stock. I think it is time the company put it share holders first. Stop issuing shares, pay their workers whatever they need to, but stop devaluing shareholder positions. I have sold after holding this stock for a long time - made some but should have done much better I reckon. Ahh I have had my rant!
