Current div payout was too high to be sustained at present levels & performance. Cutting to a more prudent level is a sensible decision regardless of when the provisioned remediation costs will be paid out. Balance sheet is king in this highly regulated industry.
Restructure and refocus will hopefully see an ability to increase later.
