The Surprise Machine asset purchase maybe scared alot of people off, and also the higher debt ratio that goes with it. and maybe the Sp is being played because of this too as some have hinted.
share price is still over P/E 20, so some recalibrations are happening.
i see the purchases as positive, because well... sometimes you need to spend money to make money.
