The amazing thing is, does not matter how many people vote NO they always seem to get it passed, nearly every share I hold has had shareholders on HC and other places saying a no vote, I had one where my share holding almost matched the total no vote yet dozens of people were voting no, some with bigger holdings than myself, I don’t know what sort of governance is applied but I for one do not trust the system too much where that can occur. In this case there seems to be an overwhelming NO vote, but we shall see, it may be that all those saying NO only have a thousand shares each, lol.
