I think the simplified business will allow ORA to focus more on their growth markets, particularly the US, hopefully the restructuring and integration of acquisitions allow them to power home in the second half of the year, as the presentations suggest. A resolution in the trade war, if it comes, should strengthen the $US and hopefully the value of the profits from that component of the business. The not insignificant left over cash ($225M) post Aus fibre business sale to spend on debt reduction will make the balance sheet stronger with move back to target debt ratio, which I think is a good outcome for the company.
