Yes, I think assess Nifty value as $0. What is the rehab cost, is it $50 million or something? Treat that as a liability and you have current EV. Clearly still trading lower than Renison value.
The current discount is that management are still pouring more money into Nifty, and no sign of it ending.
I’m already over extended on this so can’t go further. Trouble is more debt they take on the lower the SP has to fall..
