    It says the 2019 dividend may be adjusted in consideration of deleveraging priority
    Also it wouldn't be a continuation of no dividend as they will be paying a dividend in 2 days from now on Thursday 23/05/2019
    And I wouldn't regard 25% growth year-on-year over the next 3 years as small
