Exactly . Most t/o premiums seem to be around 70-100% and there are the rare ones that go for more but they are rare.
a risked upfront of say $4 and milestone based payments would be a good outcome for both parties . Neu shareholders could get there $12+ In time if retts and other indications get to market . You do see these type of t/o offers and is a responsible way for the purchasing party to not “overspend”
